Please refer to the below Distribution Plan for the temporary 8.4% reimbursement rate increase as a COVID-19 assistance for PCA services:
Pro-Health Care is dedicated to the safety of everyone in our community. We will continue to serve our clients while practicing good hygiene. Please refer to the Pro-Health Care COVID-19 Preparedness Plan for our plan to keep everyone safe.
1 Continue to work with your clients while practicing good hygiene. Please report any changes or if you or your client has been exposed to COVID-19.
2 All timesheets must be submitted via fax or email. No paper TS will be accepted. Email all timesheets to email@example.com.
3 All payroll checks will be mailed to your current address. Please inform the office immediately of any address change.
4 No advances will be given at this time.
We hope that these changes will help our community to fight the spread of the virus together. Thank you for your cooperation.
