Notice to All Employees regarding COVID-19

Pro-Health Care is dedicated to the safety of everyone in our community. We will continue to serve our clients while practicing good hygiene. However, due to COVID-19, our office will NOT BE OPEN TO VISITORS starting tomorrow, Wednesday 3/18/2020. The office will be operating remotely.
1 Continue to work with your clients while practicing good hygiene. Please report any changes or if you or your client has been exposed to COVID-19.
2 All timesheets must be submitted via fax or email starting immediately. No paper TS will be accepted. Email all timesheets to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3 All payroll checks will be mailed to your current address starting this Friday. Please call the office before Thursday to update your address.
4 No advances will be given after next week. All needing advances must submit TS by 11a.m. Monday 3/23. All advance checks will be mailed to you.
We hope that these changes will help our community to fight the spread of the virus together. Thank you for your cooperation.
